Estradiol acts locally within vaginal and vulvar tissue. It may help support moisture, tissue comfort, and symptoms associated with genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM). Vitamin E is included in the formulation as part of local tissue comfort support. Response varies by patient and generally develops gradually with consistent use.
Some patients notice improvement with regular use over time. Response time can vary, and your clinician may adjust dosing based on symptoms and response.
Insert 4 clicks (1 gram) vaginally once nightly for 2 weeks, then decrease use to 4 clicks (1 gram) twice weekly thereafter. If you also have external dryness or irritation, apply a small amount to the outer vaginal area (vulva), focusing on the tissue around the vaginal opening (vestibule), once daily.
